CATERING:

We can make any event, small or large, an experience to remember when it comes to the presentation of a cheese and/or charcuterie station. And if something bigger is in mind, we have catering partners who make your event complete.

Our tastings below will give an idea of what and how we present our cheeses.

TASTINGS:

Are you interested in gathering a group together to experience a true taste adventure? Our informal cheese tastings are fun, informative and can be customized to suit the needs of your group, environment and budget. These events, collective in nature, are perfect for team building, club events, client parties, fundraisers or just a fun night out with friends.

Generally, a Tasting will take 2-3 hours. We will take you through an introduction of each cheese, the actual tasting and a pairing with the wines, beers, or spirits we decide on together.

With our catering services, we create an experiential presentation featuring an array of cheeses with menus and cheese discussion. We have catered up to 500 guests at one single event, often including artisanal or farmstead charcuterie.

Idea of tasting menu 1:

  • 6 plated cheeses (20 g portion per cheese)
  • Cheeses delivered, on-site preparation & fromage service & take-home menu
  • Dried breads, crackers, dried fruit, nuts, tartinades, fresh fruits and sparkling waters.

Idea of tasting menu 2:

  • 4 plated cheeses with a selection of locally made charcuterie
  • Cheeses and charcutierie delivered, on-site preparation & service training, take-home menu
  • Dried breads, crackers, dried fruit, nuts, spreads and fresh fruits

Idea of fondue tasting menu 3:

  • 2 fondues with chacuterie
  • Cheeses delivered, fondue makers supplied, on-site preparation & service training, take-home menu
  • Breads, crackers, dried fruit, nuts, spreads and fresh fruits

Idea of raclette tasting menu 4:

  • Raclette with chacuterie
  • Cheeses and charcuterie delivered, traditional raclette machine supplied, on-site preparation & service training, take-home menu
  • Breads, crackers, dried fruit, nuts, spreads and fresh fruits

Enhancing your event with fromager and/or sommelier services;

Fromagers and sommeliers go hand in hand when it comes to making an informative and sensory evening enjoyable. With any pairing, the idea is to allow for the alchemy of tastes conjured from the combinations of food and drink to produce a glimmering and memorable delight in the eyes of all your guests. Fromagers and sommeliers are the story-tellers. They bring a real sense of history and presence to what you will taste.

If you are interested in having us provide sommelier services, we can discuss the options that match your budget so we can make the right choice together. Our focus is Canadian and we prefer to work with sommeliers, as well as beer and spirit experts, who introduce the new and exciting drinks being created locally and nationally. Besides having our team, we are also open to working with a sommelier of your choice.

REMEMBER! We can discuss a budget that best suits your needs for a successful event.
